Launching the forum-suite template

We are using this forum starter to prove a reusable community pattern: public discovery, member discussion, moderation, and shared resources on one Cloudflare-ready stack. The goal is to sharpen it internally first, then attach or fork it for other verticals once the workflows feel honest.
