Version 1.0 of the starter now includes category browsing, thread detail pages, seeded replies, member discussion creation, moderation report review, and shared resource management. It is still intentionally lightweight, but it behaves like a real forum instead of a relabeled request queue.

The member-side creation flow and the resource surface are the two biggest upgrades for evaluation. Those make it much easier to pressure-test whether the starter can support real community behavior.
